To keep Ridgewater safe and enjoyable for everyone, vehicles, trailers, and equipment shouldn’t be driven or parked in common areas or on easements—unless they’re being used for maintenance work. This rule doesn’t apply to driveways, streets, or other paved areas meant for vehicles.
Please also avoid parking on any street marked with “No Parking” signs, whether placed by the Association or local authorities. Vehicles parked in restricted areas or deemed abandoned/long-term parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. The HOA will try to locate the owner of a vehicle prior to towing.
