To help maintain the beauty and harmony of our community, signs and emblems that are visible from public view are generally not permitted on any property, building, fence, or vehicle within the neighborhood—unless specifically allowed as outlined below.
A. “For Sale” Signs
Homeowners may display one (1) “For Sale” sign when selling their property. The sign should be no larger than two (2) feet by three (3) feet, mounted on a simple stake in the ground, and should not extend more than three (3) feet above ground level.
B. “For Rent” Signs
Homeowners may display one (1) “For Rent” sign, up to three (3) square feet in size. These signs should be placed inside the window so that they are visible from the front of the home only—not in the yard or attached to the exterior of the home.
C. Declarant’s and Builder’s Signs
The Declarant or Builders may place signs or billboards as needed for development or sales purposes. These are exempt from the above restrictions.
D. Political Signs
Homeowners may display political signs supporting candidates, parties, or ballot measures. Signs may be displayed no more than ninety (90) days before the election and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the election.
E. Neighborhood Identification Signs
The Declarant or the Association may install community identification signs or monuments, with any necessary approval from local authorities.
F. Commercial Vehicle Emblems
Vehicles with commercial logos or advertising may not be parked or kept on any lot except as otherwise permitted in Section 9.6.
