Outdoor clothes-drying devices should be temporary, free-standing, and no taller than six feet. They should be placed behind the home or at least as far back as the side yard setback, away from the street. To keep the neighborhood looking neat, these devices should be screened from view with a fence that’s approved by the ACC. All fences also need ACC approval before being installed/altered.
