As of July 26, 2022, per homeowner vote, lighted address pedestals are no longer required.

Each lot shall install and maintain an address marker that is sufficient to identify the unit for delivery or emergency purposes

To help keep our neighborhood peaceful and pleasant, homeowners should avoid installing exterior lights or noise-making devices (other than indoor security or fire alarms) unless they’ve been approved by the ACC or are otherwise allowed under this section.

All exterior lighting should be directed downward to minimize glare and light spill onto neighboring properties. Decorative or ornamental lighting is welcome, as long as it uses bulbs no brighter than 10 watts (white light).

If any concerns arise about how lighting affects nearby homes, the ACC will review the situation and make the final decision.
