This Declaration isn’t meant to get in the way of normal construction, remodeling, or additions to homes by Lot Owners (including the Developer). Typical construction activities—like noise, dust, machinery, vehicles, or signs—won’t be considered a nuisance as long as the work is done diligently and follows usual construction practices in the Bend area.
If construction doesn’t meet these usual standards, the ACC can step in to stop it. Also, if construction leads to excessive debris that’s messy or harmful to the property, the ACC may arrange for its removal, and the Lot Owner would be responsible for covering the costs.
