Homeowners may install items like TV or radio antennas, satellite dishes, or solar panels on their property, but these must be placed so that they’re not visible from the public street in front of the home (and from the side street if the home is on a corner lot).

Before installing any such equipment, written approval must be obtained from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC has the authority to decide whether the equipment is properly screened from public view, in accordance with this Declaration.

Please note that the ACC’s decisions must comply with any rules or regulations set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or other applicable government authorities.
