No area of the community—whether a private lot or a common space—should be used to dump or store trash. All garbage and recycling should be placed in clean, sanitary containers, and these should be kept neat and out of sight except on your scheduled pickup day.
On collection days, bins and bags may be set out by the street for pickup, but please bring them back out of view by the following day. Firewood stacks should also be neatly screened so they’re not visible from other homes. Any screening should look attractive and fit in with Ridgewater’s overall design.
