Temporary structures—like trailers, tents, shacks, garages, barns, motor homes, mobile homes, or other similar buildings—can’t be used as homes on any lot, whether for a short time or permanently. However, Contractors may use trailers or other temporary buildings for things like construction work, storage, or restroom facilities while working in the community. Temporary Structures required by your contractor should be approved prior by the ACC.
